We are based out of a flat in Shalimar Bagh, specifically Flat No. AO-71. Since it is a residential area, the vibe is very different from a typical office building. We actually like the quietness of the neighborhood. It helps us focus on finding solutions for the people who hire us. Our setup is pretty basic. We turned a couple of rooms into a workspace with some desks and chairs. It is definitely not a flashy office with a lounge or a cafeteria. It is just a place where we sit down and think things through. Usually, we start our day with a quick talk about what needs to be done, and then we just get to it. There are no long corporate speeches or motivational posters on the walls here. We just look at the problems and try to find a way to fix them. Sometimes we take our laptops to the balcony if the weather is nice, which is one of the nice things about working from a flat. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We are not a big agency with many layers of management. If you talk to us, you are talking to the people who are actually doing the work. We try to be practical about everything we do. No big promises, just a lot of honest effort every single day. We have everything we need right here.
