It is a nice spot because it’s a bit away from the main noise of the city. There is a bit more green around here, which makes the morning walk to the office quite pleasant. We are a small team and we work out of a pretty basic setup. We have our laptops and a decent internet connection, and that is mostly all we need. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most people in the neighborhood know us just as the folks who work on computers all day. We have a routine that works for us. We get in, have some tea, and then we are mostly quiet until lunchtime. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay a bit later if a project is being stubborn, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s a simple life here in Baruipur. We like being part of the Sukanta Pally community. It feels real and honest, and that is how we try to be with our work as well. We are just folks doing our bit.
