Codeiam (India) Private Limited is located on the 7th floor of the PS Qube building. We are in Unit No. 712. If you know Rajarhat, you know Action Area IID is growing fast with all these new buildings popping up everywhere. It’s quite a view from the window, though we usually have the blinds down to stop the glare on our monitors. Even though we are in a big modern building, the office itself feels pretty lived-in. There are papers everywhere and maybe too many power strips on the floor. We do a lot of technical stuff here, mostly just writing things out and checking for errors. It gets quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused. Kolkata-700136 is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep the lights on. Sometimes we order food from the places downstairs when we have to stay late. It's a professional building but we keep things casual inside our own four walls. You won't find anyone wearing a tie here unless they have a wedding to go to later. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through every week. We like it this way because it’s simple and we can just be ourselves.
