Congzhou Packaging Machinery Mfg Co.

We are based out of the Verna Industrial Estate here in Goa, specifically taking up plots L-148 and 149. It is not a flashy setup by any means. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters rolling up and the smell of grease and metal filling the workshop. We build packaging machinery, so there is always a lot of clanging and the occasional spark from a welder. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of wire that someone forgot to sweep up. It gets really hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving enough to stay productive. Most of the guys have been working here for years and they know these machines inside and out. We do not have a fancy front office with a receptionist. If you come by, you will probably find the boss with dirty hands helping someone fix a lathe or checking a new assembly. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the machines actually run like they are supposed to before they head out the door. It is a bit noisy and dusty, but that is just how a manufacturing shop is. Sometimes we sit outside for a tea break when the weather is nice, just looking at the other units in the estate. We like it here in Verna; it is practical and close enough to everything we need.
