You can find us at N-4 in Phase IV of the Verma Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it’s where all the work happens. Bosch Ltd. has a decent-sized spot in this section. The building is pretty standard for an industrial park, nothing that stands out too much from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the machines and the production lines. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a loud environment sometimes, with the hum of electronics and the occasional heavy thud. We’ve got a routine that we stick to. The morning shift starts early, often before the sun is fully up. We grab our coffee and get to our stations. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The Verma area is quite big, so we usually just stay around our unit during the day. We have a small break room where we eat lunch and talk about the weekend. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We take pride in the fact that we stay busy. Sometimes the supply chain gets a bit slow and we have to adjust, but that’s just part of the deal. We’ve been here for a good stretch and we know the layout like the back of our hands. We always make sure the lights are off before we head out for the night.
