You can find us at Hem Usha Apartment in Malbhat, right in the middle of Margao. We are very close to New Era High School, so it gets pretty noisy when the kids come out for break or when they leave for the day. Being contractors at Apollo Engineers, we are usually out on various sites more than we are sitting in the office. But this apartment is where all the planning and the phone calls happen. The office is a bit cluttered with blueprints and old files piled up, but we generally know where everything is. Margao is a busy place, and Malbhat has that nice old-school neighborhood feel. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. It’s easy for people to find us once we mention the school. Parking around Hem Usha is a bit of a headache, especially in the mornings, so we usually try to get in early. Most of our crew have been with us for years, so it feels more like a family than a regular company. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs for when people visit, and a lot of coffee. It’s a very simple setup. If you drop by, you’ll likely see us arguing over some drawings or checking a project schedule. We like being part of the Margao community and seeing things get built. It’s just our way of doing things without any extra polish.
