Our office is located at house number 429/D in Canca Bandha, which is part of the Parra area in Bardez. It is a quiet spot in Goa, away from the main tourist beaches and the loud music. We work out of a traditional house setting that feels much more comfortable than a cold office building in the city. The surroundings are green and you can hear the birds during the day. Since we do projects and consultancy, we spend a lot of time at our desks or visiting sites around Bardez. Parra is a nice place to be based because it is peaceful but still close enough to Mapusa if we need to get supplies or meet someone. We do not have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. Usually, it is just a few of us going through plans and talking about the next steps for a project. The work can be demanding, but the environment helps keep the stress levels down. We often have people stopping by just to say hello or to ask for some quick advice on a technical matter. We do not put on an act for anyone. The house is just where we work and where we live our daily lives. It is a simple Goan way of doing business, focusing on the tasks we have in front of us without overcomplicating things with unnecessary talk.
