Spicy Rika Private Limited

Spicy Rika Private Limited is on the ground floor at C-178 in Defence Colony. It is a nice, quiet street with a lot of trees, which is a bit different from the busier parts of Delhi. Our kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. We focus on making food with a lot of spice because that is what we enjoy ourselves. You can often smell the chilies being fried from out on the sidewalk. I hope the people living nearby don't mind the smell too much. We are not a big company with hundreds of workers. It is just a few of us in the kitchen, and it feels more like a home than a business most of the time. We grind our own spices because we think the flavor is better that way. It is a lot of extra work, but it makes a difference. The kitchen gets very hot when we are busy, but we just keep the fans running and keep going. We don’t have a dining area or a place for people to sit. It is all about preparing the food and getting it sent out. The floors are made of tile so we can mop them easily, which we have to do a lot because cooking with oil gets messy. We are not trying to be famous or the biggest name in the city. We just want to make food that tastes right. It is a simple life of cooking and cleaning.
