If you head down to the lower ground floor at S - 327 in Greater Kailash - Ii, that’s where you’ll find us. I.A.R. Systems India Private Limited has been operating from this spot for some time. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. We do technical work, mostly involving embedded systems and software tools. It’s a specific niche, but it keeps us busy. The office is tucked away, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads of GK-II. We have a lot of books and manuals lying around because the work can get pretty technical. We aren't a big, loud group. Most of us are pretty quiet while we work, just focusing on whatever project is on the screen. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have tasks that need to be finished, and we do them. Some people might find the office a bit plain, but it’s functional and that’s what matters to us. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and know the local shops well. It’s a good place to be based, and we just keep doing our thing day by day. We usually finish up and head out before the evening traffic gets too bad.
