You’ll find us on the ground floor of K-30 in Lajpat Nagar II. It’s a residential area but very busy with shops and offices nearby. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in. We deal with cooling and heating systems, so there’s usually some equipment lying around the office. It’s not the most organized place, but we manage. The team is usually out on calls most of the day, so it can be quiet in the office during the afternoon. We’ve been based in Lajpat Nagar for a good bit of time. It’s a central spot which helps us get to different parts of the city quickly. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual coffee machine that’s seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh lobby. We just want to get the service calls scheduled and the repairs finished. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at technical drawings. It’s a steady business. We know the local area well, including where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a decent place to work, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We just keep going, handling one job after another. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just answer and see what people need. It is a simple way to run things here.
