Wander Globe Incorporation

Down in Vikaspuri, specifically at Wz 2/10, that is where we set up Wander Globe Incorporation. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s our home base. We spend our days looking at maps and checking flight schedules on the computer. It’s not like those big fancy travel agencies you see in movies with the huge posters. Our office is more about the desks and the ringing phones. We help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without spending a fortune. Dealing with bookings and tickets can be a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when the internet goes slow. Vikaspuri has its own rhythm, and we've become part of it over at Wz 2/10. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks pushed against the walls and a lot of power strips for all the computers. We spend hours on the phone with airlines, sometimes waiting on hold forever while listening to that annoying elevator music. It's not as exciting as people think travel work is. There's a lot of triple-checking names on passports and making sure the dates align. We have a small fridge in the corner for water and the occasional soda. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch until it's nearly four o'clock because we're caught up in a complicated itinerary. We don't have a big corporate logo on the door, just the name on a simple sign.
