V.S.Traders

V.S.Traders is based in Nehru Place, tucked into Skipper Corner at 88 9. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s a total maze of shops, wires, and people looking for computer parts. Our spot isn't very large, but we make the most of every square inch. We’ve got shelves reaching up to the ceiling, and the counter is usually covered in components or invoices. It’s a fast-paced environment because customers in this part of town are always in a hurry. We don’t have time for a lot of small talk, but we try to be helpful when someone is looking for something specific. The air conditioning in the building struggles during the summer, so it can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We’ve been at Skipper Corner for a good few years now and we’ve seen the technology change completely, even if the building looks the same as it did a decade ago. It’s a noisy, hectic place to work, but there’s a certain energy to it that you don’t get anywhere else. We aren't a corporate showroom; we’re a working trade shop. Most of our day is spent unboxing new stock or testing things to make sure they work before they leave the shop. It’s just how we do things here in the heart of the market. We keep a spare fan behind the counter for those really hot days when the AC gives up.
