Mohans Enterprises

We operate out of Defence Colony, specifically at D-316. This is a well-known part of New Delhi, zip code 110024. Unlike the busy markets, our spot is in a bit more of a residential-style setting, though there are plenty of offices around. Mohans Enterprises is a small setup. We don't have a big flashy storefront with neon signs. It’s just a regular office space where we handle our business. The trees along the streets here are nice and provide some shade during the hot Delhi summers. We spend most of our day inside dealing with paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, or we go out to the local market for tea. It’s a quiet way to work compared to the industrial areas or the big shopping centers. We have been in this location for a while and we like the atmosphere of Defence Colony. It feels safe and established. Our office isn't full of modern glass furniture. It’s more traditional, with wooden desks and shelves piled with folders. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live or work nearby. It’s just a few of us here, and we keep things pretty simple. We don't have a grand mission statement. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It is a steady routine that suits us well, and the area is pleasant enough for a daily walk.
