Viva Holidays

We are located in the Triveni Commercial Complex over in Sheikh Sarai Phase I. It’s a DDA building, so it has that very specific look and feel to it. Our spot is G-36. If you’ve ever been to this complex, you know it can get quite busy with people moving in and out of all the different shops and offices. We handle holiday bookings and travel plans. Our desks are usually covered in printouts, maps, and little notes about flight timings or hotel availability. It’s a lot of staring at screens and waiting for travel systems to update. We aren't a big travel chain with flashy brochures everywhere. It’s more of a local feel where we know a lot of the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon trying to figure out the best route for someone who wants to go somewhere tricky. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs. The windows look out onto the walkway and we see the same familiar faces every day. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. We don’t use those scripted lines you hear on the phone from big companies. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their trips sorted out without any fuss. It’s a busy little office but we like the energy of the commercial complex.
