Vision Clinic Eye Care Centre

You’ll find us down in the basement at N 15 in Kalkaji. Being in a basement has its ups and downs. It stays a bit cooler than the street level during those hot Delhi summers, which is nice, but you have to keep the lights on all day because there isn't any natural sun. Kalkaji is a crowded area, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people walking to the market or the metro. Most people see our sign on the sidewalk and head down the stairs. The clinic is pretty simple. We have the eye testing machine in one corner and the glasses in the other. It’s not a high-end boutique or anything like that. We just do eye exams and help folks find frames that fit their budget. Sometimes the stairs get a bit dusty from the street, but we try to keep the inside clean. We see a lot of people who work in the local shops and need better vision for their jobs. It’s a busy little spot, and there’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a loose screw or calling a lab about a lens order. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. It’s worked out well so far. It’s a straightforward business, and we like the people who come down to see us in Kalkaji. Every day is different depending on who walks down those stairs.
