You can find our clinic in the basement of A-18 on Vaishno Devi Marg in Lajpat Nagar I. It is a quiet little spot in New Delhi where we practice homeopathy. The basement stays nice and cool, which is a relief when the weather gets really hot outside. We have shelves filled with those small glass bottles and the little white sugar pills that everyone knows. People come to us when they have problems that haven't gone away with other treatments. We sit down in the small consultation room and talk for a long time about everything that's going on. That is just how homeopathy works. It’s not a fast process, and we tell people that when they first come in. The clinic isn't very big, just a few rooms tucked away. We’ve been in this part of Lajpat Nagar for quite a while now. We don't do any big advertising or have a shiny sign out front. People usually find us because a friend or a neighbor told them to come here. We don't use any fancy medical jargon or corporate talk. It’s just us listening to patients and trying to find the right remedy for them. Sometimes the waiting area gets full, and people have to stand for a bit, but we try to see everyone as quickly as we can without rushing the conversation.
