This clinic is over in South Ex II, right in House 356. It’s a busy part of New Delhi and we see a lot of people coming through the doors every day. We’ve got the regular staff here who know most of the people who walk in by their first names. It’s not like those giant hospitals where everything feels cold and scary. Here, the waiting room is usually full of folks chatting while they wait for their turn. We spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to people about how they’re feeling. The traffic outside in South Extension can be a real headache, so patients are often a bit stressed when they finally arrive. We just try to get them settled. There's a lot of paperwork, which I handle mostly, and sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it. The building itself is an older house converted for this. It has a bit of character to it. We don't do much in the way of loud talking; we just get on with the consultations. Sometimes we stay late when there are a lot of appointments backed up. It’s just what we do to keep things moving. It’s a steady job in a nice part of the city. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit now and the locals know where to find us. We don't really bother with big advertisements. Most people just tell their friends about us.
