Vij Engineers & Consultant Pvt Ltd is situated in the Kohinoor Appt. in New Delhi. Our office is A 54, right in Govindpuri near the Kalkajee Extension. It’s a standard apartment-style office, which works well for us because it feels a bit more like home than a cold corporate building. We spend our time here consulting on various engineering projects. It’s a lot of sitting around desks, looking at drawings, and talking on the phone with clients and contractors. The Govindpuri area is pretty lively, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have built up a decent reputation just by being consistent. We don’t go in for much marketing or flashy brochures. We find that being honest about what can and can’t be done is a better way to do things. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of files, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want to get the engineering work right. If you’re around Kalkajee Extension, you can stop by, though it’s best to call since we are often out at different sites. We’re just a practical team of engineers doing our daily bit in Delhi. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We enjoy the work we do here and that's why we stay.
