We operate out of Flat 35 A, specifically Room 9, over in Katwaria Sarai. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes here in New Delhi, but we make it work for Appaloosa Engineering And Constructions Pvt. Ltd. This area is pretty packed with all sorts of small businesses and apartments. You have to know where you're going to find us since it’s just a room in a residential-looking block. We don't have a big glass storefront or anything like that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at plans. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors sometimes, but it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. Being in Katwaria Sarai means we are close to a lot of action in the city.
