Variscon Engineering Service Pvt Ltd is located right in the middle of Okhla Industrial Area Phase II. If you know Harkesh Nagar, you know it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. Our office is on the second floor of building 94. It isn't a huge place, just a few rooms where we handle our engineering paperwork and talk to clients. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedules for the day. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, so we just wait it out. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and workshops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because we knew the area and saw a lot of work needed doing in the industrial sector. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and we're there. We keep things pretty simple. Usually, we are busy with technical drawings or checking on site supplies. If someone drops by, we usually have a chair for them to sit and talk. It’s a working office, so there’s always papers everywhere and the sound of machines from the neighboring units. We like being in Okhla because everything we need is just around the corner, from hardware shops to tea stalls. That’s pretty much how we run things every day.
