United Poly Engineering is located at D-13/3 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II. It is a gritty part of town, always full of trucks and the smell of industrial work. Our facility is a bit older, with heavy metal doors and concrete floors that have seen a lot of use over the years. We do a lot of work with polymers and engineering parts here. The machines are usually running from early morning until late in the evening, so there is always a low hum in the air. We aren't the type of place that has a clean, polished showroom. Instead, we have stacks of raw materials and finished parts waiting to be shipped out. The office is just a small partitioned area where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls. Most of our workers have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how to handle the equipment. We get quite a bit of dust inside because of the location, but that is just part of being in Okhla. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches. Most of our customers come to us because they need a specific part made and they know we can do it. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the manufacturing process and getting the dimensions right. We just keep our heads down and finish the work that is on the table.
