Technical Assistances

We are over at Ta 101 on Okhla Estate Marg. If you know where the Reliance Fresh is in Tughlakabad Extension, we are pretty much right near there, also close to the Kalkaji DDA flats. It is a very busy street, lots of cars and people moving around all the time. Our office handles technical assistances, which basically means we stay busy with a lot of different problems people bring to us. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and parts lying around, but we know our way through the piles. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a fancy lounge or anything. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask for a tool or just to say hello. Since we’re near the DDA flats, there is always some kind of activity happening outside. We started out small and just kept going, year after year. The name on the sign is Technical Assistances, but most people just call us by our names. We don’t spend much on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself. Getting things fixed and out the door is the main goal. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly tricky. It’s just how things go when you’re dealing with technical stuff.
