Tara Clinic

This particular Tara Clinic is situated at A42 in the Mohammadpur area. Unlike some of the bigger clinics on the main roads, we are located in a residential-style block, which gives the place a much quieter and more personal feel. Mohammadpur is a nice neighborhood, and our building at A42 fits right in with the others on the street. The space inside is cozy and perhaps a little small, but it works for what we need. We have a simple sign outside so that people can find us easily among the other houses and buildings. Because we are away from the main traffic, it is usually quite peaceful here. The layout inside is very basic, with a small waiting area and a room for consultations. It doesn't feel like a cold, sterile hospital; it feels more like a part of the local community. We know many of the families who live in the nearby blocks, and they often stop by when they have a health concern. We use standard lighting and keep some old magazines on the table for people to read while they wait. We don't try to be a fancy or high-end facility. We just open up every morning, take care of whoever comes in, and go about our business in a steady, quiet way. It’s a rhythm that we have become very comfortable with over the years.
