This is A K Bhila Nurses Placement Agency. We are located in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Estate. Our office is in Gali No 120. Okhla is a very busy industrial area, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of Delhi. We focus on finding work for nurses and getting them placed where they are needed. It involves a lot of talking to people and checking their backgrounds to make sure they are okay for the roles. We have a simple office. It’s mostly phones ringing and people coming in for interviews or to drop off their papers. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s a functional space. We don’t have any decorations to speak of. Just the essentials like chairs and desks and maybe some old calendars. The industrial estate is huge, so people sometimes get lost trying to find Gali 120. We usually have to give directions over the phone quite often. We aren't a big corporate agency with a lot of layers and managers. We are just local people trying to help other local people find jobs in the healthcare field. It’s a lot of coordination between hospitals and staff. Every day is different. One day we are busy with paperwork, the next we are meeting new candidates for the whole afternoon. We stay pretty busy. It’s a good feeling when someone gets a job. We don't make it complicated. We just do the work in Okhla.
