Our clinic is tucked away at F-24 in the Ashok Vihar area of Saket. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets, which is nice for a medical setting. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors mostly know us by name now. The clinic isn't very large, just a few rooms where we see patients and a small area for waiting. We handle general health issues that come up in everyday life. When someone has a fever or a nagging pain, they walk over to see us. We don’t use any complicated jargon or try to sell anyone on big health packages. It’s just about sitting down, listening to what’s wrong, and figuring out the next step. The furniture is comfortable but old, and the walls have a few posters about common illnesses. Working in Saket means we see a mix of everyone, from students to retirees. We keep the books ourselves and manage the appointments on a simple calendar. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we run a bit behind if a consultation takes longer than expected, but people around here are generally patient. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. It’s just a small team of us making sure people in Ashok Vihar have a place to go when they aren't feeling their best. It’s practical, direct, and focused on the community right outside our door. We keep the place open six days a week and just focus on the people who come in.
