Swaran Tourist Taxi Service

We are based out of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I, specifically at F 90/1 on Maa Anand Mai Marg. It’s a very busy industrial patch of Delhi. Our office for Swaran Tourist Taxi Service is quite small and mostly filled with logbooks, car keys, and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We’ve been running these taxis for a long time. Every morning starts with the drivers coming in, having a quick tea, and then heading out to their pickups. The traffic on Maa Anand Mai Marg can be really bad, especially in the evenings, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to help drivers find the best routes. It’s not a high-tech operation. We mostly rely on what we know about the city's roads. We have different cars for different needs, nothing too fancy, just well-maintained vehicles that get people where they need to go. Sometimes a booking gets cancelled at the last minute or a car gets stuck in a jam, and that’s just part of the daily headache. We don’t have a big corporate office or people in suits. It’s just us trying to make sure the passengers are picked up on time. We’ve been in this spot for years and most of the other business owners around here know us. It’s hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do to keep things moving for our customers.
