Sterling Securities

Sterling Securities is based out of a basement office at 209-A in Sant Nagar. We are located in the East of Kailash area, which is a fairly well-known part of the city. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural sunlight during the day, so we rely on the overhead lights a lot. It stays cooler down here though, which is nice when the weather gets really hot outside. The space isn't huge, but we have enough room for our desks and the filing cabinets we need. Sant Nagar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the street numbers. We’ve had a few delivery people get lost trying to find 209-A. We have been operating from this basement for quite a while now. It’s a quiet place to get things done without the noise from the main street coming in. We keep the door closed mostly to keep the dust out. There is a lot of paper around the office, as you might expect. Sometimes the cell signal is a bit weak because of the walls, so we have to step near the entrance to take some calls. It’s a modest setup but it serves us well. We just come in, do what needs to be done for Sterling Securities, and head home. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place in a busy neighborhood where we just get on with it.
