Kapoor Watch Company

If you have ever spent much time in South Ex-1, you probably know where G-7 is located. That is where we set up Kapoor Watch Company. It’s a decent-sized spot in a part of the city that is always moving. We spend most of our days here dealing with watches, which is what we know best. Some of us have been working with these pieces for a long time, so we’ve seen just about every kind of watch come through the door. It is not always quiet in the shop, especially on weekends when the foot traffic in South Ex picks up, but we like the energy. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just sort of find us or hear about us from someone else. It is a straightforward business. We show up in the morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever is on the counter. The shelves are usually full and there is always something to be organized or cleaned. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the street outside gets blocked, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a local watch shop where you can talk to someone who actually understands the gears and springs. It is just a regular place run by people who actually like what they do and don't mind the long hours.
