Parshash Watch & Radio Company

Parshash Watch & Radio Company sits right at 69/1 Main Market in Garhi. It’s a busy spot in Lajpat Nagar. We have been here quite a while. Most people these days don't use radios as much as they used to, but we still keep some around. It’s a bit of a mix in the shop. You’ll see watches on one side and some electronic bits on the other. The shop isn't very large so things tend to get a little cluttered. We try to keep things tidy but when you are working with small springs and screws, they end up everywhere. My father started this and I just kept it going. It’s a decent life. The locals stop by mostly for small things like a broken glass or a watch that’s running fast. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us usually. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s not too hot. The market has changed a lot over the years, more shops, more noise. But our spot stays pretty much the same. We use the same old workbenches we’ve had for decades. They are scratched up and stained but they work just fine. We don't use computers much for the work itself. It’s all hand stuff. If you walk past the main market, you will see our sign. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place for watches and radios. We stay open until the evening usually. Come by if you need anything.
