Soul Polyclinic

Soul Polyclinic sits at S 440 on the Main Road in Greater Kailash 2. Being in GK2 means things are usually pretty busy outside our windows. The traffic on the main road is almost constant, and you can hear the horns honking all day long. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the building has its quirks, like the door that squeaks every time someone comes in or the air conditioner that hums a bit too loudly in the summer. It’s a polyclinic, so we have different things going on at once, which makes the small waiting area feel pretty full most afternoons. We don’t have those fancy digital displays you see in the big city hospitals; we mostly just call out names or use a simple paper system. The floors are clean, but you can see where the tiles are worn down from all the feet walking over them for years. It’s a practical place. The staff usually brings their lunch from home and you can smell the food around midday. We aren't here to impress anyone with decor. We’re just here to handle the health stuff for the people living around Greater Kailash 2. It gets stressful when the phones won't stop ringing, but we just take it one person at a time. It’s just a regular part of the street, tucked in among the shops and houses of the neighborhood.
