We are tucked away on the first floor at H-13/7 in Malviya Nagar. It is a residential-feeling area but with plenty of shops around. If you are coming for dental work or braces, you just need to head up one flight of stairs. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The clinic has a few different rooms for treatments. We deal with everything from basic cleaning to straightening teeth with those metal wires. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when families come in together, but we manage. The windows look out onto the street, so you can see the local traffic while you wait. We don't have a big corporate reception desk, just a simple counter where we keep the files. Sometimes the phone rings a lot, and other times it is quiet for an hour. We try to keep things running on time, though dentistry can be unpredictable. The chairs are comfortable enough, and we make sure the equipment is always ready to go. Most of our visitors are from right here in the neighborhood. We know which neighbors have the loudest dogs and where to get the best tea nearby. It is a practical space, not a showroom. We focus on getting the work done and making sure people can go about their day after their appointment. Just a regular clinic in the heart of Malviya Nagar. We keep the water cooler filled and the floor clean.
