You’ll find Smriti Industries India Pvt. Ltd. over at L-366 in Saurabh Vihar, which is part of the Jaitpur area in Badarpur. Our building is a simple structure where we handle all our industrial tasks. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but we like the space it gives us. We aren't a high-rise office type of company. Our work is more hands-on and involves a lot of moving parts. There’s usually a bit of dust and the sound of machines in the background. We’ve got a small crew of workers who live nearby, which makes it feel like a community effort. We started this place because we wanted to build something of our own. It wasn't always easy, and there were many days when we wondered if we’d make it. But we stayed and kept working. We don't have a marketing team or people writing fancy brochures for us. We just talk to our customers directly. If they need something, they come to L-366 and we figure it out. The neighborhood is quiet compared to central Delhi, which we appreciate. We spend our days managing production and making sure the quality is decent. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it feels good to see the finished products go out the door. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our jobs the best way we know how. It's a plain life, filled with hard work and the usual small business headaches, but we wouldn't change it.
