Smiling Trips

Our office is located at F 111 in Lajpat Nagar II, right on the main road where everything is always moving. Smiling Trips has been in this spot for quite a while now. We spend most of our working hours looking at various maps and trying to figure out the best schedules for people. It is not always an easy job with how much travel rules and timings change these days, but we do our best to keep up. People from all over the neighborhood come in to talk about where they are thinking of going next. Sometimes they just want to know how to get to the airport or what is happening with the local trains. We have a lot of papers and old brochures piled up on the desks, but we generally know where everything is kept. The main road gets really loud during the middle of the day, so there is always a lot of noise coming through the door. We are not a big fancy travel agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here in the office trying to make sure no one gets stuck or lost on their trip. We take notes on paper pads and use the telephone quite a bit. It might be a bit old-fashioned for some, but it works for the folks who live around here in Lajpat Nagar. If you are walking down the street, you can usually spot our place easily. We keep things simple without any big speeches or complicated plans.
