Our lab and clinic is located at P-15 in the Green Park Extension, right across from Mahindra Hospital. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the hospital is. We handle a lot of the technical side of dental work here, so there are always molds and plaster around. The lab part of the business stays pretty busy with technicians working under desk lamps. It smells a bit like chemicals and stone dust most of the time. We have a small area where patients can sit, but most of the space is taken up by the workbenches. Green Park Extension is a fairly quiet area compared to the main roads, which is nice for focusing on the details of the dental pieces we make. We see people coming in to get things fitted or to drop off work from other places. The front door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. We’ve got a few plants near the window, but they don’t always get enough light. Our routine is pretty much the same every day: we open up, check the orders, and start working on whatever needs doing. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small things. Sometimes we walk over to the small shops nearby to grab lunch. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting dental lab tasks finished for the local community.
