S. Ghosh & Associates

We are located at R4 in Hauz Khas. It is a well-known neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of it. We have been here for quite some time, working on various building projects and consulting for people who need advice on their property. It isn't a very large space, just enough for us and our drawing boards. Hauz Khas can be quite lively, especially in the evenings, but during the day, we just focus on the work at hand. We aren't a big firm with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us who know each other well. We handle everything from the initial sketches to the final checks. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site photos. We don't have a polished sales team or a fancy website that says we are the best. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or have heard about us from someone else in the city. We try to keep things honest and tell people if an idea won't work before they spend money on it. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it serves us well. If you are walking through Hauz Khas, you might pass right by us. We are just a regular group of people trying to do a decent job every day.
