You can find us over at the DDA Flats in Madangir. We’re at number 41/1408. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office has that kind of feel to it. It’s not like those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of New Delhi. Here, things are a bit more cramped, but it feels like a community. Richa Global has been tucked away in this corner for a bit. We have a lot of files stacked up, and the desks are pushed close together because there isn't a ton of space. But we make it work. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get here. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the kids playing outside while we’re trying to get through our emails. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just show up, do the work, and try not to make too much of a mess. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and chat until it comes back on. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We’re practical people. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If you need us, we're usually here from morning until the evening, just plugging away at the daily tasks. It's simple, honest work in a regular Delhi neighborhood.
