Our office is tucked away at F 57 3 in Batla House, which is part of the Jamia Nagar area in Okhla. If you know New Delhi, you know how crowded and lively these streets can be every single day. We are right in the middle of all that energy, working on civil engineering systems from our small space here. It is not a shiny corporate building or anything, just a regular place where we keep our files and do our planning. There is always someone coming in or out, and the sounds from the market outside are just part of the background. We spend a lot of time on the computer or looking at physical drawings for different jobs we have going on. The team is small, and we mostly just focus on getting the technical parts of the engineering right without making too much of a fuss about it. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents spread out, but we make it work. Jamia Nagar has its own rhythm, and we have been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we are usually too busy just keeping up with the actual work. It is a simple operation and we just try to be honest about what we can get done in a day.
