Rabani Rakha

Working out of S 11 in Lado Sarai is interesting because of where we are located. The Crescent At The Qutab sounds like it would be very quiet but there is always something going on right outside our window. Rabani Rakha has been in this spot for a bit. You can actually see parts of the old buildings if you walk a little way down the road. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of stuff piled up in the corners. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries coming in at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to people who drop by for a chat. It is not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical space. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy boxes. We mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is in this part of town. Lunch usually comes from one of the nearby stalls. Everyone knows us around here. We have been here long enough that the postman does not even have to look at the number anymore. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is.
