Working out of Andrews Ganj has its ups and downs. The location at F-41/2 is right in the middle of a lot of activity in New Delhi. It is an older building and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. We have a small crew here and we all know each other’s business. Most days are spent sitting at the desks, typing away and answering the phone when it rings. It’s not a very big space so things can get a bit cluttered with all the files and folders we have to keep track of. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks, just chatting about the weather or the cricket scores. It gets really hot in the summer months and the air conditioning struggles to keep up sometimes. We just get on with things. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do, we just show up and handle the tasks that are waiting for us. When the day is over, we lock up and head out into the chaos of the city traffic. It is just a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the office running and making sure everything is done.
