We've been based here in New Delhi for a long time now. The office is usually pretty busy with people coming and going at all hours. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork most days of the week. You know how it is in the city, the traffic is always a total mess outside our doors, but once you get inside the building, we just focus on getting the jobs done. Punj Lloyd. Ltd. has seen a lot of changes over the years. We deal with big projects, and it takes a lot of effort from everyone sitting at these desks. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to answer every single phone call, but we try our best to stay on top of things. It’s not fancy work, just solid engineering and management stuff that needs to happen for the projects to succeed. Some of us have been working here for years and we’ve seen the company grow from something much smaller into what it is today. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and deal with the challenges as they come. The New Delhi heat can be brutal in the summer, but the office keeps running. We have a mix of young guys and some older veterans who know the ropes well. It’s a regular place with regular people trying to make a decent living.
