Professional Insulation & Engg Pvt Ltd is located over in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II. We are in DSIDC Shed Scheme-I, at number 44. It’s a typical industrial shed setup. The space is large and open, which we need for the insulation materials and engineering equipment. It’s not a pretty office. There are stacks of rolls and metal parts everywhere. We have been working out of this shed for quite a while now. The ceiling is high, but it still gets hot during the day. We have a small team of guys who handle the manual side of things. Most of our time is spent on projects for other industrial clients. We don't really have a sales team. The work comes in through old contacts or people seeing our sign on the shed. We just focus on the engineering part. The floor is stained with oil and marks from the heavy stuff we move around. We don’t have a corporate brochure or a fancy philosophy. We just get the insulation work done. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes with the traffic and the noise, but it’s where the industry is. We keep our tools ready and handle the jobs as they come through the door. It’s just a regular business day for us. We don't need a lot of fuss to get things finished. We just show up and work.
