Primus Super Speciality Clinic

Our clinic, Primus Super Speciality Clinic, is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar 1. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it is always moving and always noisy. There are shoppers everywhere and cars honking at all hours. Our clinic is a bit of a refuge from all that chaos. It is not a very large space, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of appointments at the same time. We have a few chairs in the front for people to wait, and a small desk where we handle all the registrations. We don't use any fancy computer systems that do everything for us; it is mostly just us writing things down in ledgers and keeping track of folders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. Most of our patients are from the local neighborhood, people who walk over from their homes nearby. We see a lot of the same faces month after month, which makes it feel like we are really part of the community. It feels good to know the people we are helping. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us what to say to the public. We just open the doors in the morning, see who needs help, and do our best until it is time to lock up and go home.
