Prem Travels

Prem Travels is a small shop located at number 23 in the B Block of the Basist Complex. We are down on the lower ground floor, which stays a bit cooler than the street level during the hot Delhi summers. The complex is in the Khanpur area, quite close to the entrance of Sainik Farm. It’s a busy spot with lots of other shops around us, so there is always a lot of chatter and movement in the hallways. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. The office has a few chairs for people to sit while we check things on the computer. We have some old posters on the walls and a lot of notebooks where we jot down details. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we do every day. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about bus timings or train tickets. The Basist Complex can be a little confusing if you haven’t been here before, but once you find the B Block stairs, just head down to the lower floor. We’ve been here for a good while now, and many of the regulars know us by name. We just try to keep things organized so that people’s trips go okay without too many hiccups. It’s a simple business run by people who know the local routes well.
