Prachi Communications

Out in Harkesh Nagar at G3, Prachi Communications has been serving the local area for a good number of years now. It is a fairly small place with a simple setup of glass counters and a few chairs for people to use while they wait. Most of our work is pretty straightforward, like fixing cracked screens or helping people with their mobile data plans. Harkesh Nagar is always full of movement, and there’s always someone stopping in to see what kind of new phones we have in stock. We keep things like earphones, chargers, and screen protectors because those are the things people need most often. The shop can get a bit dusty because we are so close to the road, but we do our best to keep everything looking decent. It’s usually just one or two of us here, so we get to know the people who live around here quite well. We don’t use any complicated systems or have a big corporate feel. If a phone can’t be fixed, we just tell the customer honestly instead of making them wait. It is a lot of hours from early morning until late at night, but it keeps us busy and part of the community. Sometimes the heat is a bit much in the summer, but we have a small fan that helps. We are just a normal shop doing what we can for the people who walk in.
