Pooja Tarun & Co Insurance

Pooja Tarun & Co Insurance is located on the lower ground floor over in Malviya Nagar. We are right on the main Shivalik Road, which is always busy with cars and people going about their business. The office is at 14/185-186 and it is a pretty straightforward place. We handle a lot of insurance stuff, mostly helping people understand what their policies actually cover and what they do not. It is a lot of talking and explaining things over and over because insurance can be confusing for most folks. My name is Tarun and I run things here with the help of a small team. We have been in this spot for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and a few chairs for people to sit while we talk. We spend a lot of time on the phone with companies or trying to sort out claims that got stuck somewhere. It is one of those jobs where you have to be patient because things do not always move as fast as you want them to. We are not a big fancy firm, just a local office where you can come in and get your questions answered. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or have shops in the area. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and what cannot.
