My name is Awdhesh Pandey and I handle insurance work. My office is located at 127 Budh Vihar in Badarpur. To find me, you just need to go behind the old Seble Cinema. Everyone in this area knows that landmark even if the cinema isn't what it used to be. I have been sitting in this same spot for many years. People come to me when they are worried about their cars or their health policies. I don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with fine print. We just sit down, have some water, and talk about what they need. The office is small and filled with cabinets of old files. I still prefer keeping paper records for everything. Badarpur is a crowded area and the streets can be narrow, but it has a lot of heart. The Seble Cinema building is a bit of a relic now, but it’s a great landmark.
