We operate out of 265 Okhla Industrial Estate, over in Phase-III. It’s a standard industrial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. The walls inside have been painted a few times, but the scuff marks from moving equipment always come back. Working with glass fibre means things can get a bit messy, so we are always cleaning up something or another. It's a big space but it feels smaller when we have a lot of materials stacked up near the doors. The office part is just a partitioned corner with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that sticks sometimes. We’ve been in Okhla for years. You get to know the other business owners around the block. We usually eat lunch together at the back of the shop where it’s a bit quieter. The roof makes a lot of noise when it rains, almost like a drum. We don't have a big team, just a handful of people who know the routine. Sometimes we stay late if a big order needs to go out the next morning, but mostly we try to wrap things up by six. The commute out of Phase-III in the evening is the worst part of the day, honestly. But this is where the work is, so we stay. We don't bother with fancy brochures or anything like that. We just do the work and handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. It keeps us busy.
