We are based up here in New Delhi, specifically in the 110062 area. One Engineering Pvt Ltd isn't some massive factory; it’s more of a hub where we handle the technical side of things. Delhi is always fast-paced and loud, and our office isn't much different. We have blueprints scattered around and various parts sitting on desks that probably shouldn't be there. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. There’s no corporate handbook here telling us how to talk to people. We just speak plainly and get to the point. Most of our day is spent looking at designs or talking to suppliers on the phone. The heat in the summer can be brutal, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos of everyone smiling. We’re usually too busy or too tired for that kind of thing. Our office is just a practical space where we can focus on the engineering work. We’ve had some tough projects over the years that kept us here late into the night, eating takeout at our desks. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We like the feeling of finishing a project and seeing it actually work out in the real world. That’s the main thing for us, really.
