We are located at 23 A, over on the first floor in Sultanpur. It’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got here. Nothing fancy, just some desks, a couple of old chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We handle medical services, which mostly means we spend our time helping people navigate health stuff that can get confusing. Sultanpur is a busy place, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a while now. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will talk to you. We try to keep things straightforward. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. It’s not a huge sign, so you might miss it if you aren’t looking close. We like being in this part of Delhi. It feels like a real neighborhood. Most of our days are spent on the phone or typing away at the computers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help the folks who come through our door at 23 A. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
