Our office is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar-I at A-1-127, on the first floor. It’s a busy neighborhood in Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise from the street below. Oceanic Cooling Towers Pvt. Ltd. is the company, and as you can guess from the name, we deal with cooling towers. It’s a niche business but an important one, especially when the weather gets as hot as it does around here. Being on the first floor means we get a bit of a view of the chaos of Lajpat Nagar, which is always interesting. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some files, some desks, and a few phones that seem to ring at the same time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just know a lot about how to keep things cool. The people working here are practical and don't use a lot of big words. We talk about pipes, water flow, and fans mostly. It’s a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes the air conditioner in our own office struggles, which is a bit funny considering what we do. But we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we like the convenience of being in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a real place with real people, and we are just another part of the local scenery.
